Phing 2.3.1RC1
The first release candidate for 2.3.1 release of Phing was just uploaded to the PEAR channel.
This release is primarily a bugfix release and does not introduce fundamental changes. Please take a moment to look over the changelog, though, so to see a list of bugs fixed and enhancements committed. The attached license was also updated to version 3 of the LGPL.
