Incorrectly set PHP_CLASSPATH in phing.bat

The PHP_CLASSPATH is not resolving correctly in phing.bat (under WinXP) because it includes quotation marks (").

This only affects systems where:

  • PHING_HOME is not defined
  • Phing classes are not already on the include_path
