PHPUnit package dependency still points to pear/PHPUnit

Description

It seems that phing still optionally depends on the PEAR package pear/PHPUnit2. PHPUnit is no longer hosted on PEAR, but has moved to its own channel at pear.phpunit.de. The phing package.xml should be updated accordingly.
